Sopiko “Sofi” Nurashvili
Sofi founded GlobMedTrust and leads it. She guides patients personally, from the first consultation to their recovery, and writes the articles on this website together with our team.
Her own experience as a patient
After bariatric surgery, Sofi lost over 80 kilograms (around 176 pounds) and then had several plastic surgery procedures, including body contouring, to restore her body's shape. Along the way she faced what international patients face today: finding specialists she could trust, a lack of clear and honest information, and uncertainty about safety.
That experience led her to found GlobMedTrust, so that other patients get the guidance she was missing.
