Male breast reduction by specialist plastic surgeons in Istanbul — for a flatter, firmer chest.

Gynecomastia surgery — male breast reduction — with GlobMedTrust removes excess gland tissue and fat from the chest, for a flatter, more masculine contour.

Before, process, and after gynecomastia surgery sketch showing enlarged male breast tissue, glandular tissue removed through a small incision, liposuction of excess fat, both techniques combined, and a flatter, firmer chest

What Is Gynecomastia?

Gynecomastia is enlarged breast tissue in men. It is common and can affect one side or both. Diet and exercise reduce fat but not gland tissue, which is why surgery is often the only way to flatten the chest.

Depending on your chest, the surgeon removes the gland tissue through a small incision at the edge of the areola, removes fat with liposuction, or combines both. Where there is excess skin, it is removed too.

Who Is It For?

For men whose enlarged chest does not go away with weight loss or exercise. During your medical review, your surgeon assesses which technique suits you.

Why GlobMedTrust

What Sets Us Apart

GlobMedTrust was born out of our founder's own experience: having travelled abroad for plastic surgery, our founder knows first-hand the challenges that come with it — finding the right surgeon, judging quality from a distance and coordinating every detail from another country. That is exactly what GlobMedTrust is for: we take the guesswork and the complexity off your hands, so you can focus on what matters most — your health and your recovery.

All our partner surgeons have more than 19 years of experience. The surgeon selected for you during your medical review performs your operation personally. You meet them in person when you arrive in Istanbul, before your surgery.

With GlobMedTrust, your full journey is managed, from consultation and travel to surgery, recovery, and aftercare.*

Recovery

You can walk from day 1. The main swelling settles after about one week, and your final result shows after 3–6 months. You spend 2 nights in hospital and stay 6–7 nights in Istanbul in total, from arrival to the flight home.

What gynecomastia surgery costs

Treatment in Turkey often costs less than in the UK or US.

Your price depends mainly on these factors: how much gland tissue and fat is removed; whether excess skin is removed too; your package and length of stay.

Every package includes the surgery and your hospital stay; Comfort and Imperial add the hotel, transfers and full aftercare.

Your price comes down to your chest: how much gland tissue and fat need removing, and whether skin too. In a medical review, our medical team assesses exactly that from your photos and medical history and gives you your personal quote.
