Who it suits: Patients with loose skin or separated abdominal muscles after pregnancy, significant weight loss or ageing.
Tummy tuck in detailRemoves stubborn fat deposits to refine the body's contours, using Vaser, laser-assisted or traditional liposuction.
Who it suits: Patients close to their target weight with fat deposits that do not respond to diet or exercise. It does not tighten loose skin.
Liposuction in detailMoves your own fat: it is removed by liposuction from areas such as the abdomen or flanks, purified, and transferred to the buttocks.
Who it suits: Patients who want a fuller, more shapely buttock contour and have enough fat to transfer.
Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) in detailA combination planned for you, typically a tummy tuck, a breast lift or augmentation, and liposuction. A BBL is not part of it but can be added.

Mommy Makeover in detailLiposuction removes fat; a tummy tuck removes skin and repairs muscle. A BBL uses the fat removed by liposuction to add volume elsewhere. A Mommy Makeover combines several of these procedures in one plan.
Recovery depends on what is done: about 3–5 days for liposuction, 2–3 weeks to light activities after a tummy tuck, and 2–3 weeks without sitting directly on the buttocks after a BBL. Combining procedures means one recovery instead of several, but a longer one.
